Chase, Regional Vice President with Enterprise, is proud of his Hispanic heritage and grateful that he can share and pass family traditions on to his four young children. His paternal grandparents immigrated to the U.S. from Spain as young children. “When we chat with my grandmother on my dad’s side, I always have her share family stories and speak Spanish to my kids – it’s important to me that they understand our roots,” he said.

My wife is also Hispanic and she’s a fantastic cook. She often makes dishes that we both used to have as kids such as posole, tamales, and empanadas. It brings back memories of having dinner with all of my extended family at my grandparents’ house as a kid. We would eat way too much food, then play outside all night long.
As leaders, we are always looking for different perspectives and diversity in thought. My heritage is just one of the ways that I can bring diversity to my role and the team. Diversity of thought makes us better and helps teams elevate their performance by promoting communication around individual viewpoints and creating a posture of thinking that’s beyond yourself. This is a big ingredient in the creation and execution of the plans we talk about every day. I have always sought out different perspectives for this reason.
The great thing about Enterprise is that from the top down, we are all encouraged to be the best version of ourselves every day. Throughout my career, I’ve had some absolutely amazing teammates, managers, and mentors who have helped push me to be the best Chase I can be. With this kind of support, I’ve been fortunate enough to have success, and more importantly, help those around me achieve high levels of success as well.
These days, a simple Google search will put a plethora of information at your fingertips. Is there anything else you’d like to share?
