Aisha B., Senior Customer Success Manager, shares that her career with Enterprise Mobility™ has been both “a wonderful journey and a great adventure”.

Describe your career path with Enterprise Mobility.
Shortly after graduating from Hampton University, I started my career in the Management Trainee program in Virginia. As a Management Trainee, I gained hands-on experience while learning about the foundation of our organization, how to work with new business partners, and ways to serve my community.
After a few years in Rental operations, I took advantage of an opportunity in a new department, now known as the Replacement & Leisure Division (RLD). I held various roles in the Virginia RLD, from Account Representative to Account Supervisor and Sales Executive. In each role, I had the opportunity to strengthen my network (internally and externally) and solve problems for our Replacement business partners and customers. In 2021, I capitalized on an exciting opportunity to join the Entegral team. I started as a North American Customer Success Manager (CSM) with Entegral and have recently been promoted to Senior CSM. I am fortunate to continue working with business partners in the Insurance and repair segments, helping to create efficiencies in our industry.
How are you reflecting on International Women’s Day this year?
When it comes to women’s empowerment, I adhere to the principle of ‘Lifting as We Climb’. I aim to empower others just as my valued mentors and friends have empowered me throughout my career. I stand behind the girls and women who are setting out on their journey to achieve their dreams. Given the opportunity, the impact they can have in their respective fields and industries is both exciting and limitless. Women are making strides, and I find inspiration in those who boldly carve out new paths. Their courage and leadership have not only opened doors for me but continue to create opportunities for future generations!

Opportunity! I have always appreciated the vast opportunities that Enterprise Mobility offers. As part of the team, I have leveraged my interests and skills to find a career path that is perfect for me. How awesome is that?

Is there an Enterprise Mobility program that has impacted you or that you find encouraging?
The Enterprise Mobility Foundation has always motivated and encouraged me. I was first introduced to the foundation grants program while serving on a committee in Virginia. It was inspiring to witness the impact these grants had on a variety of organizations that make a huge difference in our local communities. Even after transitioning into a new role, I remain involved with the organizations that are near and dear to my heart. I am grateful to continue to make an impact through the Enterprise Mobility Foundation.
